How old do you have to be to work at TTB?

We operate an equal opportunities policy at Tea Tree Bay and welcome all ages to apply for any roles within our team.

If I order something online and find it is not suitable can I return it?

Yes, simply call the number as stated on the enclosed documents. You will then be given a returns number, write this on the outside of the packaging that it was delivered in and send it straight back to us. Unfortunately we do not cover the delivery cost(s) in returning any unwanted items.

I want to order something from your site but I cannot drop the item into my basket?

If you experience this then please contact sales@teatreebay.co.uk.
It is likely that the item you are trying to order is currently 'out-of-stock'. But by contacting us we will be able to confirm if the item is available or not.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, you can have your order sent to a work address but this may delay your order by upto 24hrs. Simply send us an email with your order confirmation on the subject bar stating where you wish it sending too.

Do you send overseas?

Yes, we do deliver overseas. You will be charged according to where you live and the value/volume you wish to purchase. Please note we only deliver to your billing address.

How long do I have to return something which I purchased online?

14 Days from the date of delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

'Standard Delivery' orders are despatched on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (subject to availability) - please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK mainland, or up-to 10 working days for overseas deliveries.

'Express Delivery' orders are despatched every weekday, before 2pm (subject to availability) to anywhere within the UK mainland.

If i want to purchase something from Tea Tree Bay is my credit card number safe from Hackers?

During and even after the checkout process your card details are encrypted, once you are at the point when you enter your card details you are then on our own secure server.

Which couriers do you use?

We use 'Royal Mail' & 'Parcelforce' for larger items.

Once you have my email address will I get junk mail sent to me?

No, we have a strict policy that we only send a person something if they ask for it. Furthermore, we will not transfer your details onto a third party.

When do you take my payment if I place an order?

We only take payment when we are ready to send it to you.

I have been sent a wrong item, how do I report this?

In the rare event that we send the incorrect item the please call the number on the documents enclosed with your order so we can rectify it as soon as possible.
