Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery £3.50

Teatree Bay delivers goods using Royal Mail services making it possible for you to receive our products just about anywhere in the world. Delivery times are based on the standard working days of Monday to Friday, parcels are delivered between 10am and 5pm. Orders are sent second class recorded delivery so a signature will be required at the delivery address.

Standard Delivery orders are despatched on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (subject to availability) - please allow 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK mainland.

Express Delivery £5.50

Orders are despatched every weekday, before 2pm (subject to availability) to anywhere within the UK mainland.

Overseas orders

For overseas orders we accept credit cards only and deliver only to your billing address

Standard Delivery - (Up to 14 working days)

Europe - £15.00

Rest of World - £20.00

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods purchased, please return unused, with any original tags attached and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to return any items, please telephone _01482 679849 quoting your invoice/order number as stated on the enclosed documents. You will then be given a returns number, write this on the outside of the packaging that it was delivered in and send it straight back to us.

We regret we do not cover the delivery cost(s) in returning any unwanted items and we cannot give refunds for original carriage.
